MHSAA Physical Form
All athletes must have a physical completed prior to the first contest they participate in. All physicals expire on April 15th of the school year. Students do not need a physical for each sport.

Family Passes Available to Purchase Online
• Family passes limit 4 guests per pass per game • Valid for Roseville HOME games ONLY • All parties must enter together. NO EXCEPTIONS • Guests must present the family pass at the time of entry • Pass will be valid during the school year purchased only • Pass can be picked up in the Main Office during regular school hours
